Returns & Exchanges:
Items to be returned or exchanged must have the Brace URself hang tag on it with the correct SKU# along with a copy of the original sales receipt. Any items which have been damaged or worn will not be accepted for return and will automatically be sent back to the customer. Returns and Exchanges must be made via the website and sent back to Brace URself within 10 days of package delivery for refund or exchange. All refunds will be credited in the original form of payment, less shipping fees, except in the case of a defective item or incorrect shipment. “All Sales Final after 10 days”. There will be no returns accepted at any retail location that represents or sells Brace URself products and no items purchased from a Brace URself retail location will be accepted back at Brace URself for a return or exchange.
PLEASE NOTE: All SALE ITEMS purchased are FINAL SALES. Returns or exchanges requested on SALE merchandise will not be accepted.

Customer is responsible for sending back any returned or exchanged item to Brace URself. If item was received damaged or customer was sent the wrong item, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org or call 610-667-1696 to receive a return label.
Returns and exchanges are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow one billing cycle on credit card for any refund to post to your account.
Brace URself will repair any item within 30 days of receipt if and only if the item broke due to fault of Brace URself. Brace URself is not responsible for tarnishing and broken pieces on any item.
Sizing : All sizing of items is posted on website with that specific item; Brace URself is not responsible for customized sizing unless previously requested by customer.
Shipping & Delivery:
All Shipping & Handling is nonrefundable, unless fault of Brace URself.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekdays after 12pm EST, or on weekend days or on holidays will be processed the next business day. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Brace URself ships by US Postal Service (USPS) for priority shipping for delivery within the United States. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO addresses or US territories. If you would like to ship to international destinations, please email us at support@BraceURself.net for instructions.
Upon delivery of any item purchased, the laws and regulations of the shipper become the regulating laws of the shipment. The risk of lost items passes to you upon delivery from the carrier. Brace URself will not be held responsible for the lost or delay of any delivery to the shipping carrier.
Wrong Item : If Brace URself ships the wrong item that does not match your receipt, then Brace URself will ship the correct item to you immediately and cover the shipping cost for the returned item and the shipping cost for the correct item back to the customer.

Brace URself is not responsible for any possible tarnishing or change of color of any item due to natural oxidation and/or exposure to sunlight.
Brace URself is not responsible for any damage caused by, over stretching the jewelry, being placed in any sort of water or liquid including showering or swimming, direct contact with sprays, oils, perfumes, soaps or cleansers of any type.
Brace URself will not except any returns or exchanges for items without the Brace URself Hang Tag with the correct SKU# along with a copy of the original receipt.
